Bick Corsa has been building homes for 25 years. He is focused on designing and building high performance residences. He specializes in the intricate details required to build meticulously tight and superbly insulated building envelopes.

In 2004, Bick completed a super-insulated home that achieved a 94.7 rating in the old HERS system. Since building the Pine Street house, his reputation for building tight super-insulated houses has generated great demand for his work. His skills in solving building problems have proven practical and attractive, yet remain inexpensive. His willingness to work with and train others has resulted in Greenfield Community College wanting him to help train students in their “Sustainable Practices in Construction” curriculum.
